Well every once and then in Pakistan you get hold up in the already congested roads because of VIP(MNAs, MPAs, President, prime minister)
I don’t know what is the cause of holding the traffic the number of security persons and traffic wardens you see would be enough to take down a small town. If these VIPs are so much scared about their security what lays for a normal person is anyones guess

When you walk in a shop and no body gives you the odd look
 
When you can buy and eat stuff of the shelf without reading through the ingredients
 
When you don’t have to make an accent to fit in
 
When you can talk without doing translations or trying to find exact word to express your feeling.
 
When you know most people that matter are within a couple of hours of flight away.
 
When you can get samosa and pakora on the road when its raining
 
That means you are at home No matter what difference of opinion two siblings of family have no one throws the other out.
 
No matter how grave the crises are if you can talk to a complete stranger about the cricket match last night and discuss how they should have played when none of you ever held a bat.
 
There is always hope …

Right time will never come

I plan my life around a belief, if you want to try some thing out go ahead and do it and then later you can think of the ramifications, if your intentions were good you can not go wrong and even if it went wrong you can come back to the same starting point and go on the other road.

My plunge into the startup was the same some body gave me an opportunity I took it left my comfort zone with in weeks (My Parents still not sure what i did back there) worked hard and sincerely at it for as long as I could.

Then when things around me did not permit me to go on that road any further, stopped took a U-turn and came back from where i started.

A lot of friends do say what did you gain you could have been better if you stayed back, but I know they are wrong this journey which i took and came back showed me the opportunities out there things that I can do, opened up my horizons and tested my capabilities.

startup life is a hard troubled life full of excitement some one i know rightly relates it to rollercoaster one, one day you are on the top of world the other you are scraping the bottom, exciting and depressing really tests your guts.

Returning back to my normal life I am juggling a lot of things together still i feel there is room to do more.

Any ways to come back to what i wanted to say, a lot of people have been talking of “doing some thing of our own” now days specially after the job market issues and risks people want to have a backup.

They would keep on discussing and discussing about pros and cons what to do and what not to do. This thing goes on for ever.

If you have an idea try it out if you want to do some thing do it out rightly, the more you will think the more you will give into your fears. There is no better time than now.

Role of Media

Recently our media is becoming almost out of control. They are sensationalizing the stories and are able to effect the public opinion. This is beoming extremely dangerous for a country that is already under threat from people in and out of country
Some recent examples
1. The display of portraits (they were objectionable no doubt about it and should be condemed) of late benazir bhutto and resulting public outrage
2. Flogging of girl by taliban. Publsizing a 4 month old video completely acting ir responsibly. I have no object of un earthing these facts but why did they not cover the Dr Afia Siddiqui case so vehemently or the poor women who were killed by and buried alive in balochistan by influencial people that is also an old case why does it not deserve same attentionb and hue and cry to bring those people to justice?? Maybe because that events irks some people media does not want to bother. they could have mentioned in passing that the video is old but did not on puspose?
I am against any media restraints but I am also against a free media which can play havoc when ever they can

Eating Gol Gappey at wedding function

Well this was first for me. When I entered the ground where they had the arrangements. I cursed my self for coming earlier again despite commiting the mistake some times in past. However my dissappointment vanished when the brother of groom gave me plate of gol gappey with the chutney. And I looked around there was a proper stall of gol gappas in a corner where people were surrounding the stall and getting plates of their own.
I don’t know if its common but for me it was first and did I mention that they were delicious.
And they also had jalebies to munch while you waited for the function to progress and main course started
